Let’s be honest—how are those goals feeling right now?
Exciting? Overwhelming? Already forgotten?
If you’re like most ambitious women, you’ve spent years setting goals—only to feel like you’re still falling short.
Because the truth is: You don’t need another to-do list.
You need to reclaim your power and decide who you are becoming this year.
This is the year you stop performing for everyone else.
This is the year you lead.
Here’s how to Dominate Your Year from the inside out—like a woman who holds it all:
Step 1 – Decide Who You Are Becoming
Most women set goals based on who they’ve been—not who they’re becoming.
Ruler Energy Shift:
This year is not about “losing 10 pounds” or “getting organized.”
This year is about becoming a woman who feels powerful in her body.
The woman who commands her time.
The woman holds wealth, love, and peace—without losing herself.
Before you set any goal, ask yourself:
- Who am I becoming this year?
- What does she believe about success, love, and rest?
- How does she move when no one is watching?
Your goals are not just tasks—they are the map to your next identity.
Step 2 – Release the Survival Self (Limiting Beliefs Are Not Just “Negative Thoughts”)
The version of you who survives? She’s scared of this work.
She loves safety—even if that safety is smallness.
Ruler Energy Shift:
Limiting beliefs are not just thoughts—they are the defense system of your old self.
Every time you try to rise, she will whisper:
- “Who do you think you are?”
- “What if you fail?”
- “Just stay here—it’s easier.”
But this is what most people won’t tell you:
Fear doesn’t mean you’re wrong.
Fear means you’re at the door of your next level.
When doubt rises, don’t retreat—lean in.
You are not failing—you are rising.
Practice:
- Write down the voices you hear when you dream big.
- Look at them—and say out loud, “I am still moving.”
- Choose one micro-action that proves your future self is already leading.
Step 3 – Set Goals That Make You Feel Alive
Forget “SMART goals” for a second.
The most powerful goals are the ones that make you feel something.
Ruler Energy Shift:
If the goal doesn’t excite you, it won’t sustain you.
Ask Yourself:
- Does this goal make me feel expanded—or just obligated?
- Is this goal mine—or is it what others expect of me?
If it doesn’t light you up, it’s not your goal—it’s their approval.
Step 4 – See It Before You Hold It (Because Your Brain Won’t Believe It Otherwise)
You need to see your future to believe it’s possible.
You can’t become her if you can’t see her.
Ruler Energy Shift:
Visualization is not cute—it’s rewiring.
When you see your future, your brain starts making decisions from that place.
Practice:
- Close your eyes every morning.
- See her—the woman who holds it all.
- What is she wearing?
- How does she speak?
- What does her day feel like?
This is where most would say create a vision board, but you don’t need one—you need to meet her in your mind daily until she becomes you. You can also make a vision board with images and words representing your goals. It’s more than arts and crafts—visual reminders rewire your brain for success. Seeing your dreams daily keeps you emotionally connected to your journey. It can be a powerful tool if used correctly, meaning you are not just making it and storing it in some place or staring at it. Do the practice suggested above in conjunction with the vision board
Step 5 – Stop Overplanning. Start Moving.
Overthinking is just fear with lipstick on.
You don’t need a perfect plan—you need a decision.
Ruler Energy Shift:
Break it down—but don’t break your power.
- What’s one thing you can do this week to move forward?
- What’s one conversation you need to have?
- What’s one boundary you need to set?
Movement builds confidence.
Clarity follows action—not the other way around.
Step 6 – Find Women Who Hold Power Without Guilt
This year will break you—if you try to rise alone.
Ruler Energy Shift:
Isolation is a trauma response.
Community is your strategy.
You need women who are done playing small.
Women who remind you who you are—when you forget.
Find them. Hire the coach. Build the circle.
You were never meant to do this alone.
Step 7 – Stay Motivated When Life Gets Hard
Motivation is easy when you’re excited. But what about when life gets tough?
Build systems that pull you forward:
- Revisit your vision board daily.
- Reflect on your “why” when you feel stuck.
- Surround yourself with positive influences.
- Accept setbacks as part of growth—then get back up.
Final Truth: You Don’t Need Another New Year—You Need a New Identity
This is your year to dominate—but not because you work harder.
Because you choose to lead differently.
Because you trust yourself to hold it all—with power, grace, and ease.
This is your year. Your fresh start. Your blank canvas. Take control and create the life you want—one intentional step at a time.
